Kerry and Chris Wedding at The Guildhall, Northampton – Skylark Farm, Daventry

Article by Lee Glasgow

Well, the third wedding of the year and it was a real pleasure to see that I will be working alongside Craig from http://www.amazingdayz.com/about-us/ I knew the day would go smoothly!
We started off at the brides family home in Northamptonshire, The bridal party preparations were in full swing, myself and Craig knew the unwritten rules only to well, do not point that camera at us, otherwise, it will go where the sun doesn’t shine! I love the hustle and bustle of the wedding morning, it’s a mix of many emotions whirling around, from nerves, to excitement along with many thought-provoking memories of people that would have loved to be apart of this exciting day!, I love how my job overlaps into various area’s, the list of things I have seen and done to make a wedding run smoothly is almost endless! This for me is the buzz of the Job! Thinking on your feet, to overcome any problems that come the Wedding clients way, most of the time, its sorted without the wedding client even knowing!

Kerry was such a calm and content bride to be, to see her enjoy her morning was so lovely, and her bridesmaids were the perfect support to have around!

So we headed to The Guild Hall in Northampton, https://www.northampton.gov.uk/info/373/weddings-parties-conferences-and-meetings for the Wedding ceremony, Wow what a building, absolutely stunning!

Ceremony done, almost perfect apart from one of the bridesmaids crying like a baby during her reading ;@> which made it even more special!

After greeting the wedding guests the Bride and groom ran down the steps through a storm of confetti, it was so lovely to see! So pleased I captured the spirit of this wonderful moment!

We used the Guildhall for some family and images of the couple, then it was a little trip to Skylark Farm, Daventry Northamptonshire http://www.skylarkfarm.co.uk/

Myself and Craig from Amazingdayz (videographer) captured some footage of the Newly Weds As we knew the light would be fading!

After some wonderful food from the fab Skylark staff, The guests were treated to some really heart felt speeches, after this, some dancing lessons were given, which made for some fun images!

I hope you can see the love and the fun in these images.
