Sarah and Simons Packington Moor Wedding

Article by Lee Glasgow

Its two weeks on from Sarah and Simons Packington Moor Wedding, midway between Tamworth and Lichfield. Not sure really where to start with this wedding, as I could ramble on for some time, but lets start with the first image, this is Sarah’s sister Louise and Lucy the Bridesmaid reenacting the Fong, “What is the Fong/” I hear you ask, know body knows! but this is what it looks like! Even her Grandfather was doing it!
Their wedding was to put simply a celebration of two people coming together and sharing a perfect day with their friends and family, it really was the perfect celebration, and to receive a phone calls from the brides parents afterwards, thanking me for my work, made me feel really good.
The day flowed perfectly into the evening, the weather was glorious, which meant the whole wedding party could sit outside and have drinks while enjoying the evening sun! I chatted to many guest and flirted & poked fun with at the beautiful bridesmaids with boyfriends that were sickeningly good looking, and took the opportunity to capture little portrait couple shots of the guests, young and not so young, I love doing this on summer evenings, because this is when the light is perfect and everybody is chilled and enjoying our lovely English summer and I like to get couples together and make them hug squeeze and reminisce about their own wedding day!
To the Larkin and Roberts Family, thank you for making me feel welcome, I hope you love your images and I wish you a long life of happiness and love, thank you for trusting in me to capture your day x
