I first met Samantha and Jonathan at a Mythe Barn open day, it soon became apparent that Samantha was as mad as me. We hit it off straight away and I was really happy when they choose myself to be their wedding photographer.
The next time I met them, we did a pre wedding photo shoot in Wolverhampton, we had a lovely walk around a reservoir and discussed some ideas for their forthcoming wedding at Mythe Barn.
I knew their wedding was going to be an easy one for me because this couple made me feel so welcome from the very beginning. The morning of their wedding at Mythe Barn we had such a laugh and we all enjoyed the banter.
I often joke when the hair and makeup artists are doing their job, that they do indeed face a challenge with todays bride. But I have to say, seeing Samantha in her dress and with her hair and makeup completed, she looked absolutely stunning.
Because this couple and myself have formed this relationship based on poking fun at each other, it made the wedding so easy, we laughed at every opportunity.
I’ve said it many times, Mythe Barn is such an easy venue to photograph, the light in the wedding ceremony room could not be better to capture the full emotion of a wedding service.
Mythe Barn in Leicestershire is such a light and airy wedding venue because of its predominant glass architecture, as well as this we have the full use of many areas that have the opportunity to create many wonderful wedding images.
