I sometimes get asked, by people of different cultures, if I have ever captured a wedding of their particular faith before, to which I reply by saying you’re just people, doing people things! We had a little pre wedding shoot to settle any nerves ! Look at the family group shot below, I simply love this image as every persons face, tells its on story of Joy! I have photographed many “fusion” weddings, Christian Groom, Hindi Bride for example, But It was good to capture this 5 day Hindu wedding, and thank you to Chetna & Deepak for trusting this fat little white guy to capture it! Over this five day wedding, I have learnt allot of this Indian celebration. Regular readers of my website will know I love people, they will know I am as thick as they come, but I know how to make people smile and laugh! I hope you love this little collection! the Hindu wedding was held at the Platinum Suite in Leicester and the Civil Ceremony on day five was held at the Mecure hotel, also in Leicester! I simply love the colours the faces the culture! I shall miss the older generation as we had such a laugh, and their smiles, just said it all! they were content, seeing this wedding play itself out, It was a pure pleasure to be apart of it!
