Had a lovely meeting this weekend with an old friend of mine Paul Davis and his bride to be Ruth Mannering, their chosen Wedding venue for their marriage is at St Mary’s Church Hinckley Leicestershire, then off to the Sketchley Grange Hotel Burbage for their Wedding Reception. After a brief chat about their wedding we had a short walk around Hinckley and captured some beautiful, colour filled images of the engaged couple.
Although St Mary’s Church is a stones throw from my home in Hinckley, I have never photographed a Wedding there. St Mary’s is a beautiful church in the center of Hinckley, with many architectural features that I’m looking forward to capturing.
This wedding for me will be a little bit like a busman’s holiday, it will be on my home turf with some very good friends in attendance and who knows, it might even include a little boogie to a smiths track.
